Who we are and what makes us different.

Deal Dynamics Consulting is an educational platform built to help serious buyers, operators, and sellers make better decisions at every stage of business ownership. We are the parent company behind the Lab Series — BuyerLab, GrowthLab, and SellerLab — and the home of the AI Business Copilot. Everything we build is grounded in real transaction experience, not theory.

Tiffany Tavernier is an award-winning business broker, deal strategist, and educator. She has closed more than 150 transactions ranging from $20,000 main-street deals to $62 million acquisitions and has advised over 700 clients through real negotiations, seller-financed structures, and SBA-backed transactions. Deal Dynamics was built on the frameworks she developed through those real-world outcomes.

Most business education teaches motivation. We teach mechanics. Our tools and frameworks are built around how deals actually get underwritten, structured, and closed — not how they look in a case study. We are buyer-first, not commission-first, and we have a walk-away bias. That means we teach you when not to do a deal, not just when to sign.

GrowthLab is designed for small to mid-size owner-operated businesses — typically in the $500K to $10M revenue range — where the owner is involved in daily operations and wants to build more structure, reduce personal dependence, improve profitability, and increase the long-term value of the business. It is not industry-specific.
